We’re currently seeking a Transaction Analyst to support both internal teams and external customer needs. If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and love solving problems in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Process incoming requests and transactions accurately and efficiently
• Manage billing and account-related inquiries from both internal teams and external partners
• Coordinate problem resolution by collaborating across departments
• Act as a subject matter expert on transactional processes and systems
• Navigate between systems and platforms quickly and confidently
• Maintain accuracy while meeting deadlines in a detail-oriented role

What You Bring:

• Strong computer skills and the ability to work across multiple platforms
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with the analysis of reports, testing systems and processes, and validation of information and system integrity.
• Strong ability to analyze, document and troubleshoot cross-functional processes.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• A dependable, self-motivated approach—you thrive without needing step-by-step guidance
• Ability to clearly communicate complex issues to departmental leadership as well as technical and non-technical audiences.
