Job Description:

We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic Human Resources Generalist to join our team and help drive smooth, efficient operations. This is your chance to take on both strategic and hands-on HR responsibilities, from training and development to managing compensation and benefits. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

- Onboard & Train: Help new hires feel at home and set them up for success Organize & Maintain: Ensure smooth record-keeping for employees’ files and benefits
- Create Engaging Experiences: Launch employee engagement initiatives and make the workplace fun
- Manage Payroll: Ensure accurate payroll processing and keep everything compliant
- HR Support: Provide guidance to employees on benefits, health, and absence issues
