Now Hiring Bilingual (English/Spanish) Account Resolution Representatives
Are you an experienced customer service professional fluent in both English and Spanish? Are you Ready to grow your career with a dynamic company? Payless Power is expanding, and we need experienced Account Resolution Representatives to help resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.
Start Date: Monday, December 9
Shift: 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday – Friday
Pay: $18/hour
Key Responsibilities:
As an Account Resolution Representative, you will play an integral role in our customer service team. Your goal will be to resolve customer concerns and ensure their satisfaction with our services. You will also work collaboratively with the team to continuously improve processes.
In This Role, You Will:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills to resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
- Proactively enhance service quality by staying informed about company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a solution-focused attitude in all customer interactions to foster positive relationships.
- keep detailed records of customer engagements and collaborate with your team for continuous improvement.
Skills and Knowledge:
We are looking for a motivated individual who has strong customer service skills and a solution-driven mindset.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Minimum of 1 year experience resolving customer concerns; inbound/outbound call center experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills, capable of resolving customer concerns quickly and effectively.
- Attention to detail, ensuring that customer records are accurately maintained.
- Ability to collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service experience (call center preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multitasking.
- Excellent English communication; fluent in both English and Spanish
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
