Customer Care Representative
We are looking for Customer Care Representatives – English and Bilingual (ENG/SPN)
To Work Primarily from Home – DFW Area Applicants Only
START DATE August 11, 2022
All new hires will be required to work in the office located in Fort Worth for the first 3 – 5 days and then work from home
Covid-19 Testing and Covid Vaccination are not required
Our ideal candidates have:
- Previous inbound/outbound call center or related customer service experience preferred
- Computer Proficiency: ability to easily toggle between systems, navigate through the Internet and have an understanding Microsoft Office Programs, including Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Superior Interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills
- Must be fluent in English both verbally and in writing
- Bilingual Care representatives must be fluent in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing
- IMPORTANT – Must have High Speed Internet
Shift is Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm with Saturday rotation
Candidates must successfully complete background screening
Starting pay $15.50-$16.50 an hour plus a .50 cent increase after 90-days if metrics are being met.
