Bilingual Customer Care Representative

We are currently looking for outstanding Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Care Representatives for our expanding call center. For starters, our ideal candidates have:
- Previous inbound/outbound call center or related customer service experience
- Computer Proficiency; ability to easily toggle between systems, navigate through the Internet and have an understanding of Microsoft Office Programs, including Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Superior Interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing
- Flexibility to be available for shift hours between 7am-7pm Monday-Friday with Saturday rotations.
