Payless Power, a Texas-based and family-owned electricity provider in Texas, wanted to give their staff members a chance to speak about their company and their brand in their own words.
We dream for different reasons. In some dreams we explore different places, while other dreams will wake us up due to so much suspense. But then there are some that will give you a sign and the light to succeed in life.
The year 1997 marked the beginning of a dream for three men who would work so hard and sacrifice so much. Brian Young, Byron Young and Brandon Young were the founders of such a wonderful idea that came to give people an option to live a comfortable and normal life. Their efforts provided different services to the public so families had the opportunity to live a part of what many of us call the American Dream.
In 2004 New Talk celebrated their first customer who was provided with phone service. Through continuous effort and hard work the years passed and the birth of a new dream was realized; this time it was baptized as Payless Power. With this new and amazing service, many people were granted the opportunity to offer comfort to their families and a great sigh of relief.
What started as a dream in 1997 has so far been a blessing for many families who benefit from our services. The growth of this company is based on dedication, ideas and dreams. Payless Power not only keeps their name up high for being the best Pre-Paid Company Provider, but for many of us it has been the beginning of our own dreams. In April 2011 my dream started when I was given the opportunity to be a part of the Payless Power family. My dream is to succeed and continue to learn from my Payless Power family, and to offer what this company has offered me so far: Quality, Honesty & Guaranteed Service. I cannot thank the Young brothers enough for helping me perform professionally and spiritually.

Gladys first met the Payless Power team in August of 2010. She brings to the team 10 years experience in customer sales and service; primarily working in the call center arena. This experience has put her on a fast track in her career path with Payless Power. She was promoted recently from her original role of Team Lead to Quality Analyst, and has also taken on responsibilities in force management.
We are proud to have her, as well as many others, serving proudly on our team.
